These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arora, a product of amaraREPS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arora, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Arora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Arora is a managed AI connectivity platform that allows users to connect third-party tools and services to AI language models through a governed MCP (Model Context Protocol) layer. Arora is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time during this period.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Arora to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Access or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, billing controls, or governance rules

5. Third-Party Connectors

Your use of third-party services through Arora is subject to the respective terms and policies of those providers. You represent that you have the authorization to connect those services to Arora.

6. AI Model Usage

Arora uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini). By using the Service, you agree that your requests may be processed by these providers subject to their respective usage policies.

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Pricing may be modified with 30 days notice.
  • Usage beyond limits may result in additional charges.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, amaraREPS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
